My Approach

My Approach

I have had the privilege of assisting people introduce positive change in their lives for almost 15 years now. I started out learning the power of the subconscious mind and Hypnotherapy as a means of creating effective change in people’s lives under the amazing tutelage of Dr. Jack Gibson, Ireland’s longest practicing Hypnotherapist. After spending 3 years being mentored by him, I graduated from the Institute of Clinical Pyschotherapy and Hypnotherapy with an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.

Wanting to deepen my knowledge and understanding of human behaviour, I went on to do a Higher Diploma in Relationship Studies, developed and taught by one of Ireland’s leading Clinical Psychologists, Dr. Tony Humphreys.

My belief is that you can never know enough about the human mind and behaviour, so I make a point of keeping up to date in terms of which approaches and therapies work best for people. To achieve this, I train in as many new effective approaches as I can in order to have as many tools available to me as possible when it comes to changework.

As each person’s story and presenting issue is unique, I adapt my approach according to an individual’s specific needs. This means using a combination of all the therapies I have trained in to date: Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, Metaphors of Movement and Provocative Change Works. This ecletic and individualised way of doing changework has meant I achieve a higher satisfaction rate with my clients on a wide variety of issues, with positive and consistent results.
